In this two-part series I am focusing on what you need to do to build a website. Whether you are building a brand new website, or re-designing an old website, or currently using a web design company for ongoing maintenance, these tips will help to make sure you are getting the best deal.
You have to get your site noticed by your customers and that involves search engine optimisation (Seo), a mysterious process that gets your site near the top of the list. Just go on the internet and type the word ‘television’ in. At the last count you will get 113 million hits and it is highly unlikely that you will ever read any of them that do not appear on page one or two.
This might be to sign up for your newsletter, download your free e-book, or share your content on social sharing sites like Twitter, Facebook and Google+.
This is the model that was used by some of the richest people in the world. Many of them made their fortunes selling software (ever heard of a guy named Bill Gates) and most of them didn’t do a single line of code themselves. The Software System will show you how to do the same thing for yourself.
Your system should initially focus on brand promoting. You must let people know what you are and what you are offering. The best way to do this is to promote it socially is through social media sites like Facebook, Twitter and Youtube and should also go for content marketing strategies like article, press release and reviews. To start up go for one strategy and master it. Once you have mastered it hit for the other one.
Some personal expression is just fine. People need to get a sense of who you are and what you do. But if you want you’re marketing efforts to pay dividends, and then it is important the people you are friending and following have similar interests to your own. This will improve the chances they will accept your requests, and it will also give you a better chance of breaking through their defenses every time you make a post about what you do.
Throwing a party after a long week of work and stress brings people together. By the end of the night, the potential buyer whom you have invited to the party might be ready to sign a deal on a good property you recommend!
There is a tendency for the ‘make money’ products to appear as an ‘easier’ option, as compared to say, product creation. This isn’t necessarily true. If you know loads of accurate information on a subject, it wouldn’t be that difficult for you to write it down as an Ebook or record it as an MP3 download or make a screen capture video.
