Second, clearly define your target market (s). Decided niche you want to target, ensuring that this is the right place for you. Decide who it is that you aim to communicate with. What problems are they seeking to solve? What type of language, terms, and symbols do these people deploy in relation to their problem? So, plan how to shape your offer on the website to satisfy these customers’ needs.
Blog: It’s hard to find a better long-term strategy than a blog! It can serve as your content and article homebase which will make it a magnet for the search engines. You can add graphics, opt-in forms, videos, ads, etc., to make it a powerful lead-generation tool.
Tell the World Who You Are: A good Ebook is all about excellent content marketing and soft selling. So the idea is the content you’ve created should have helped to solve a pain point and educated the reader on the chosen subject, while simultaneously opening them to the idea of coming to you for more help. So, it is time to tell them who you and what you offer. Create an “about us” page complete with company story, logo, service offerings, and helpful links.
A very complex net can only be achieved with a lot of planning. When your keyword strategy isn’t that complicated, you can get by through highlighting keywords in random articles and using them as hyperlinks. When your keyword strategy is complex, you really do have to plan out which articles are going to support which keywords, and plan ahead so that support for each keyword is equally distributed. The length of long-tail keywords means that you can’t get away without this thorough planning.
search engine optimisation is a pain in the behind. The amount of work it takes to get good positions for your site is just not worth it when you can leverage off the work of others.
